IPsearch tool can find the camera IP, but can't connect by web?

Camera IP not the same gateway with PC IP like Camera IP is 192.168.0.120 but the PC's 192.168.9.18. IP conflict in LAN, check if there is other device use the same IP. The HTTP 80 port may has been changed, please use the IP search tool to find the correct port.
